Cesión
«Las Partes no podrán ceder ni transferir este Acuerdo ni las obligaciones derivadas del mismo a terceras partes, sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito de la otra Parte».
Assignment
«The Parties shall not assign or transfer this Agreement or any obligations hereunder to third parties without the prior written consent of the other Party.»
