EXHORTOS QUE DEBEN SER TRADUCIDOS POR TRADUCTOR PÚBLICO AL ENVIARSE AL EXTRANJERO
En TPA muchas veces recibimos EXHORTOS para traducir ya que estos deben ser traducidos por Traductor Público al enviarse al extranjero.
Recientemente en un exhorto referido a una acción penal, se procedió a la traducción de varias normas nacionales.
Las normas de la Constitución de la República citadas en el exhorto y debidamente traducidas por nuestros expertos en traducciones jurídicas fueron los artículos 12 a 21 de la misma.
A continuación te dejamos un fragmento de la correspondiente traducción:
Constitution of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay:
Section 12: No person shall be punished or imprisoned without a due legal process and a judicial judgment.
Section 13: Ordinary Law may set forth a jury trial for criminal cases.
Section 14: Property may not be seized on account of political reasons.
Section 15: No person may be incarcerated unless caught in flagrante delicto or in cases where there is half-proof against such person, by written order issued by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
Section 16: In any of the cases mentioned under the foregoing section, the Court, under its sole responsibility, shall take the arrested person’s statement within the following twenty-four hours and initiate the discovery stage /sumario/ within the following forty-eight hours. The accused person’s statement must be taken in the presence of his/her defense counsel, who shall also be entitled to attend all the proceedings during the discovery stage.
Section 17: In case of unlawful incarceration, the involved person or any other person may file before a Court of competent jurisdiction an habeas corpus petition, for the purposes of requesting the apprehending authority an explanation and grounds for the apprehension, subject to the decision of such Court.
Section 18: The laws shall determine the order and formalities of legal actions.
